Muhammad Maksudul Hannan has recently joined the CLP as a IMLC Unit Manager for the Innovation, Monitoring, Learning and Communications Division. He has over six years of work experience in the fields of Research, Monitoring & Evaluation. Before joining the CLP, he worked as an MIS Specialist for the USAID-funded ‘Bangladesh Smiling Sun Franchise Program’, and as M&E consultant the ‘IFC Bangladesh Project’. Over the years he had perfected his research skills (both qualitative and quantitative) and has an in depth understanding of different M&E approaches. His primary areas of expertise are research design, sample design, database management, statistical and econometric data analysis, design of impact assessment methodologies and use of online MIS systems. Maksud obtained a BSc and MSc in Statistics from the University of Dhaka, along with a masters degree in Population Sciences.
